Dominant systems have caused harm for generations, disconnecting communities from ancestral healing, mind-body connection, the Earth and each other.

This goes beyond representation- it’s about the inaccessibility of healing practices, the erasure of cultural heritage, and the disconnection of wellness from the diverse identities that shape our world.

The time to shift the narrative and take action is now!

Reclaiming Wellness is a transformative virtual workshop series designed to challenge the dominate wellness paradigm and ignite a conversation about how we can create truly creative inclusive wellness spaces that center and uplift communities of color, marginalized identities and diverse healing practices.

We invite you to be apart of this critical movement towards creating wellness spaces that are healing, accessible, and inclusive of all identities, cultures, and communities.

Join us in Reclaiming Wellness

In this Reclaiming Wellness workshop, we will explore Cultural Restoration by honoring and reconnecting with ancestral healing traditions that have been disrupted by dominate systems- laws, polices, and societal norms that have historically silenced or marginalized these practices.

Together, we’ll examine how these systems continue to shape access to wellness, while also identifying practical steps for reclaiming space, such as asking critical questions and engaging in embodied practices rooted in cultural wisdom.

Participants will be invited to think critically about the information they consume, identify harmful narratives and demystify the “guru” archetype to foster self-trust, collective care, and authentic healing.
