1. Eligibility and Participation
1.1 Age Requirements
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to directly receive services from Yowa Institute of Ancestral Arts and Research.
Minors may participate in services only with:
Written consent from a legal parent or guardian
Verbal confirmation from a legal parent or guardian
Direct supervision or accompaniment by a legal parent or guardian during the service
2. Nature of Services
2.1 Professional Disclaimer
The services provided by Yowa Institute of Ancestral Arts and Research are educational and cultural in nature.
These services are NOT a substitute for:
Professional legal advice
Medical consultation
Psychological or therapeutic treatment
Participants acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for their own well-being and any decisions made based on the institute's services.
3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
3.1 Ownership Rights
Yowa Institute of Ancestral Arts and Research retains full and exclusive ownership of:
All content produced during services
Educational materials
Recordings
Artistic outputs
Intellectual property generated through institute programs
3.2 Content Restrictions
Participants are strictly prohibited from:
Reproducing institute content
Selling or commercializing institute services or content
Sharing proprietary materials without explicit written permission
4. Financial Terms
4.1 Refund Policy
All payments for services are final and non-refundable.
Participants acknowledge and accept this policy at the time of registration or payment.

6. Consent and Participation

Agree to respect the institute's protocols and guidelines
7. Modification of Terms
7.1 Right to Revise
Yowa Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Updated terms will be communicated to participants through official channels.
8. Cancellation and Attendance Policy
8.1 Cancellation Notice
Participants must provide notice to reschedule or cancel services at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.
Cancellation notifications must be made through:

Phone contact
Direct communication with Yowa Institute administrative staff
8.2 No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notification (No Call/No Show) will result in:
Full service charge applied to the participant's payment method
Potential loss of future scheduling privileges
The full service fee will be charged to the credit card or payment method on file
8.3 Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, participants may request a review of the no-show policy.
Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Yowa Institute leadership.
